My wife was in assisted living but needed additional care. Everything worked as Jason promised finding caregivers that were a good match with my wife's specific needs. Jason always responded to my questions immediately, even on weekends. The caregivers kept me informed daily as I had asked regarding changes in my wife's condition. The caregivers were kind to my wife. I highly recommend their services. My wife had to move to a higher skilled care facility. If I need further assistance I would return to the agency.

The company chose a good-fit caregiver for me. My caregiver Azariyah has been taking excellent care of me since March, and she was very flexible with scheduling and being available when I had emergencies. I like the company, and I will continue to work with them. I highly recommend it.

I can only speak from my experience with North Oakland Caregivers as it has only been six weeks since I started care. Jason, the director, is a good listener and an active problem solver. I expressed my likes and dislikes as we started and everything has been handled promptly with my best interest in mind. So it has been a very satisfactory experience for me. From my perspective they are top of the line.

I am very grateful to Jason and his staff for the quick and professional way they helped to set up care for my father. They spent an exceptional amount of time answering our questions and respecting the sensitivity of our situation. Stephanie was an immediate blessing when she arrived. She brought a very calm and professional attitude, and was eager to step in and help in any way possible. In addition to assisting with my fathers care, she provided comfort to my mom and helped with chores around the house. She is very compassionate and comprehensive. Although my father passed much faster than expected, we will remain forever grateful to you all.

Jason and Melissa have been fantastic. It is such peace of mind knowing that my mom and dad are cared for every day. Melissa was alert and sensed when things were sliding in wrong direction, and we ended up taking ambulance ride. I'm sure saved his life. From cooking dinners and keeping an eye on things, she has been great a great help.

NOC & Jason were great to work with in arranging our caregiver, Savannah, for my husband who has dementia. Savannah is a very thoughtful, knowledgeable & caring young lady. I was so pleased when my husband also bonded with her which eased any anxiety I had. I can't begin to thank everyone at NOC & especially Savannah for her kind interaction with my husband & also the assistance she gave me.
